Conservatory rebuild and fit-out

ConservatoryThis client wanted us to remove an old, outdated conservatory structure with a new one to make it a family diner as an extension to the kitchen space.

We removed the old structure, disposing of it in an environmentally-friendly way and then re-built it with a solid roof and skylights.

We met a few challenges, including pipework that had to be moved and ensuring it was a natural continuation of the existing building. However, using our talented team of builders, plumbers, tilers and window fitters, we were able to ensure the project ran on time and to our client’s budget.

When the structure had been built, we completed the job with a high-quality plaster finish and tiled the entire floor area with planked ceramic tiles and the walls leading off from the kitchen to make it look as though the conservatory had always been there.

“Our new conservatory is exactly as we envisioned, with lots of natural light coming in through the glass enclosure and skylights. We no longer have a leaky, unstable conservatory that makes the room cold, but now have a dining room extension to our kitchen for the whole family to enjoy. Asset Home Improvements have done an excellent job and we’ll be asking them back to do more works on our house in future.”
